Belt Runs Off Machine
Causes	Corrections
Tracking mechanism not adjusted properly	Use belt centering device to obtain even movement
Belt moves slow in one direction and fast in another	Adjust air inputs so belt oscillation is powered evenly
Damaged or fluttering edges of belt	Increase belt tension, if problem persists, replace
Belt tension too low, causes belt to run off due to slippage under load	Increase tension to prevent slippage
Tapered contact roll or idler roll, idler roll and contact roll not parallel	Redress roll to remove taper Align to parallel
Grinding pressure too high	Reduce pressure or feed space Align to parallel
