Customer Service means to satisfy our customers by serving them well. We are committed to taking your order, rushing shipments, making sure that you are completely satisfied with our service. If you are looking for something you don't see, please contact us and if we don't carry it we will do our best to find it for you.

Ordering: Please feel free to contact our office at 800-642-1908 or 905-332-4265 between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. Ordering and inquires can be either done by phone or fax or email.

Terms: Terms of payments are net thirty (30) days following the date of the invoice with approved credit.

Invoicing: Email, fax or with product.

Methods of Payment: On account for net 30 days, cash, cheque, money order, MasterCard, Visa, Interac.

Delivery: F.O.B. delivered.

Liability: Will be limited to purchase price of the products only. Defective material will be replaced at no charge, and no claims will be permitted for labour, transportation or consequential damages.

Damaged Goods: All claims must be made directly to carrier.

Returned Goods: No goods may be returned without permission and must be accompanied by original invoice number and date goods supplied as ordered will be credited less 15% handling charge.
