Non-Standard Products
Non-standard, non-stock, discontinued, or made-to-order products cannot be returned for credit.

Standard Products
Standard items in reusable condition may be returned for credit less a restocking charge of 15% or $15.00 whichever is greater. Returned merchandise must be accompanied by a Return Authorization obtained by calling our customer service department.

The Return Authorization must be clearly marked on the outside of all packages being returned. Returns must be made within 20 days of the receipt of the Return Authorization. Returned items must be packaged properly to avoid damage in transit and must be shipped to us with freight charges prepaid. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the invoice date.
